nine one

Happy September and happy Bday to my baby boy Kevin! My oldest son turns 18 today...actually he was born at 9:30 am...I remember the precise moment too, the minute I looked at him and fell in loVe forever...that perfect head, his beautiful lips, his awesome eyes and the best part, how he clung to me for dear life for years to come and I was there to protect him, guide him, teach him and enjoy him. I loVe being his mom and I am happy to report he is now a 6-foot handsome, sweet, smart, sensitive, adventurous, independent and well-adjusted young man. My one complaint? Pick up your clothes from the floor and make it known which pile (mountain is more like it) is clean and which one is dirty...is that too much to ask? He is starting his senior year in high school...this time next year I'll be a basket case as he will be away at college and I will miss him terribly...ok...now back to work...actually not been working much the last couple of days...I'm totally immersed in the final details of my upcoming wedding on 9.10.10 (so excited)...I saw these images on Snippet and Ink...
