decorate with decor8

Yesterday I gave you a sneak peek at Holly Becker's new book, Decorate.  She is an American freelance journalist and design consultant living in Germany and she's the founder and editor of the enormously popular blog, Decor8.  I don't know Holly personally but I recently took her e-course, Blogging Your Way, and I feel like I got to know her a little through her podcasts and prolific writings. She is such a sweet person with an amazing generous spirit. It's true! You can be nice AND successful... I was on facebook last night the precise moment she posted the U.S. version of the cover by Chronicle Books...so exciting for Holly and for the rest of us, her blog friends, readers, followers, students, fans & family...drumroll...here it is...

the talented photographer Debi Treloar shot the interiors in the book and interiors & decorating veteran writer Joanna Copestick (The Family Home, Smart Storage, Vital Color) co-authored...I can't wait to dig into this one!  Congrats to all for their painstaking hard work, I'm sure, and now we get to partake in some serious beauty!
